Coins of Time *(C.O.T.)* has a lifetime guarantee on authenticity and, therefore, there is no time limit placed upon the return of an item that is shown not to be authentic. *C.O.T.* will reimburse the customer the full purchase price charged by *C.O.T.* , any reasonable shipping costs, and any reasonable certification charge (max. $45) incurred by the customer for validation of the item if the coin is shown not to be authentic.
Return Policy:
For reasons other than those listed above, all coin and ring orders come with an unconditional fourteen (14)-day return privilege.
All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice. You are responsible for fully insuring the item(s) to ensure the safe delivery of any returns. Your purchase price will be refunded less the cost of shipping to you and any PayPal charges (if paid through PayPal).
Paying with Credit Card (no PayPal account):
Click the "View
Cart" button
and review your purchases and then click the "Proceed to Checkout" button. You will be brought to the "Enter
Payment Information" page where you can select to pay with either a credit card or with your PayPal
account. Follow the appropriate method of payment
from here. After following the steps
above, click the Continue button in the box that says "Don't have a Paypal Account?". You will be brought to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information
and complete your purchase.
Paying with
your PayPal Account:
Follow the same instructions above until you see the PayPal login boxes. Enter
your email address and password for your PayPal account (you will be on the
PayPal website at this time). Following your normal procedures.
FREE
shipping within USA. Coins and rings are mailed by USPS First Class mail with insurance.
International
Shipping:
Coins & jewelry are sent by Registered Mail for $15. The customer is responsible for
knowing the custom regulations and duties of their
own country. For any questions regarding other shipping
methods or insurance, contact me by email at andrew@coinsoftime.com.
Sales Tax:
Florida residents must pay
sales tax at 6.5% on all orders. If you are a Florida
dealer and have a Sales Tax Exemption Certificate, please
contact us directly before making your purchase. All
purchasers must be of legal age or have the permission
of their
parent
or guardian. There is a $25
service charge for any NSF check or stop payment.

safety deposit box at the bank. Please allow 48 hours
after payment clearance before item is shipped.
