There is a visible diagonal mark across the front of the coin in the ring, but then of course the coin is 2,000 years old. This genuine ancient Roman coin is carefully set in a silver ring. The ring is engraved with the Roman insignia S.P.Q.R which stood for Senatus Populusque Romanus (“The Senate and the People of Rome”). We will provide a certificate of authenticity with the ring outlining our guarantee with the offer of a full refund if it is shown to be contrary to our assertion.
