Description: Obverse: Head of Herakles. Reverse: Zeus enthroned holding eagle with right arm and sceptre in left hand. There is a Seleucid counter mark of an anchor at the bottom of Alexander's coin. This would occurred a number of years after this coin was minted. The coin is well centered, antique tone, with a large portrait and flan. The monogram AS or AS is an abbreviation for the mint Aspendos. The KG are greek letters representing the number 23 = year 23 of the city of Aspendus. Greek scholars believe this was 190-189 B.C
